SLLEA serves neurodiverse adults working with them to achieve and maintain meaningful independence and self-sufficiency in their lives. Our comprehensive, strength-based program encompasses autism-specific direct support, and neuroaffirming social skills curriculum emphasizing empowerment and self-advocacy. SLLEA’s curriculum and supports are coupled with self-management technology and are carefully designed to foster sustained personal growth and self-confidence across three pivotal adult transition areas: (1) Independent living, (2) Higher education, and (3) Career exploration and meaningful employment.

Autism-specific supports and education in technology-equipped smart homes with focus on developing skills and capability and allowing for more positive achievements in multiple domains of life functioning.
